This project provides a curated and standardized dataset for creating and displaying clinical antibiograms. Its primary purpose is to offer a clean, machine-readable data foundation for the automated generation of antimicrobial resistance statistics visualizations.
The resistance statistics are sourced from the 2023 public reports of the Antibiotic Resistance Surveillance (ARS) system by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), Germany. Core definitions for antibiotics and microorganisms are derived from the AMR R package, reflecting scientific standards including EUCAST.
